MEI by SHI Hospitality is finally open for you to experience at the Jumeirah Mina Al Salam Hotel, an Asian fine dining experience with incredible views of the Burj Al Arab. Collaborating with the brilliant minds Firas Alsahin 4SPACE design on their vision and making all the custom furniture come to life was such a journey—we experimented with new materials and design details that made this project truly one-of-a-kind.
