About Project

Tokyo, the first Japanese restaurant in Saudi Arabia, is a top-rated fine-dining restaurant with a sophisticated modern ambience. It opened in 1985 with the goal to deliver true Japanese flavours and teppanyaki live cooking using the finest ingredients. Fast forward decades later, Tokyo has expanded with another larger location in the Saudi capital and incorporated more fusion dishes, but the concept still remains a fine-dining favourite for all.

The interior design is inspired by Japanese culture with its usual graphics, letters and colours. It also very spacious and spans over two floors. There is a juice bar serving drinks and as well as live kitchen where you can see food being prepared. The combination of dark, comfortable chairs, warm wood tables, and strategically placed lighting creates a sense of sophistication. The focus on clean lines, natural materials, and muted tones creates a space that is both stylish and inviting.
